The Farm Manager will oversee daily operations, manage farm staff, plan and implement farm activities, and ensure optimal crop and livestock production. Additional responsibilities include managing irrigation systems, maintaining farm equipment, and implementing best practices to improve productivity while ensuring sustainability. The Farm Manager will also monitor budgets and production outputs to meet business targets effectively.QualificationsStrong skills in Farm Management, including managing farm operations and personnelKnowledge and experience in Agriculture practices and Farms operationsCompetency in Crop Production especially Cocoa, Oil Palm, Plantain and other annual cropsCompetence in Livestock Farming and managementExperience with the use and maintenance of Irrigation systemsExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsGood communication and team leadership abilitiesDegree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field is preferredProven experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
