Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and end users.Prepare clear documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, Use Cases, and Process Flows.Collaborate closely with developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality before deployment.Act as the bridge between business users and the technical development team.Support system changes, new feature rollouts, and contribute to change management processes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.3–8 years of experience in a Business Analyst or System Analyst role in IT or digital projects.Solid understanding of software development processes, especially Agile or Scrum methodologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or BPMN modeling tools is a plus.Experience with digital platforms, mobile/web applications, or API/data integration will be an advantage.
