It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionResponsible for availability, incident, problem, change / release, capacity andvendor management for the applications in scopeAct as a facilitator and coordinate between various teams like Infrastructure,development team to resolve, analysis of root cause for complex issues and outagesWork across multiple application management areas and support teams to ensurehigh level of support service.Ensures essential process / procedures are followed and contribute to definingstandards.Communicate complex technical issues to business users in a language theyunderstandFollow thru to ensure each problem is resolved according to SLA.Manage communication for Major Incidents (SLA breaches, Application MajorIncidents, Logistics issue) and responsible for communications with business users,senior managementEnsures essential process / procedures are followed and contribute to definingstandards.Promote effective knowledge management best practices within team andorganizationManage and maximize resource within the budget to meet business priorityPeople ManagementRisk assessment and risk managementCoach and mentor team membersLead problem solving and collaborationLead creativity, risk-taking, and continuous improvements in workflowQualificationBachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics or Computer Engineering5 years experience in IT industry and 3 years experience in project management and experience in Banking application is preferableDemonstrate accountability, leadership, independent initiatives and willingness to leadStrong team player with management skills.
