This role involves collaborating closely with business unit (BU) experts and external vendors to design high-level solutions, lead proof-of-concept (POC) efforts, and guide the transition from "nail" to "scale." The lead will ensure alignment across stakeholders, assess feasibility and scalability, and define solution roadmaps in partnership with technical and domain experts. They will also play a key role in vendor engagement, solution validation, and adoption planning across group entities.
