With a strong focus on building smarter, data-driven products and optimising advertising performance, the business is creating a truly collaborative environment where product, engineering and analytics teams work together to deliver meaningful commercial impact.The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst with experience across data and AdTech to join a growing team at the heart of the organisation’s data function. You’ll work across a range of projects, from first-party data initiatives and AdTech integrations to analytics and data governance, helping to define and deliver solutions that support marketing, product and commercial goals.You’ll be responsible for translating business requirements into technical deliverables, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of a modern data ecosystem.Day to Day:Collaborate with product, data and AdTech teams to capture and refine requirementsSupport the delivery of projects related to audience data, targeting, and advertising systemsValidate and document requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical deliveryContribute to data platform and AdTech development, helping to improve campaign tracking and data qualityPlay a key role in agile ceremonies, backlog management and sprint planningYour Skills and Experience:Proven experience as a Business Analyst within AdTech, digital media, or data-focused environmentsStrong understanding of AdTech and marketing technologies (ad servers, CDPs, DMPs, or tagging platforms)Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (GCP, BigQuery, or similar)Strong data literacy and ability to interrogate data using SQLExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience working in agile delivery teamsThe Benefits:£65,000 base salary25 days holiday + bank holidays + up to 4 volunteering daysPrivate medical insurance (including pre-existing conditions)Wide range of training and LinkedIn Learning accessGenerous pension contributions (up to 5%)Discounted gym memberships and wellbeing supportMaternity and paternity leave packagesElectric car and cycle-to-work schemes
