We're looking for a Digital Marketing and Content Manager who can elevate and grow our digital presence while bringing creativity, structure and strategic thinking to a highly innovative, fast-scaling business.As our Digital Marketing and Content Manager, you'll shape and grow OpenWorks Engineering's entire digital presence. Working closely with the Head of Strategic Marketing and Communications and teams across the business, you'll contribute to brand marketing, global campaigns, recruitment and our local profile. This role blends technical know-how with creative thinking — developing plans, producing compelling multimedia content, managing agencies and driving brand-led digital activity in a regulated, high-impact industry.Who We AreOpenWorks is a rapidly growing business operating globally with a passion for exceptional engineering and building on a legacy of defence innovation in the North East of England.Our products provide ultra-high performance, real-time detection, tracking, identification and targeting of dynamic aerial threats.
