You’ll work on everything from Excel models and SQL dashboards to strategic planning with the CFO and CEO. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on business decisions in a fast-scaling healthcare startup.What You’ll DoOwn recurring reporting and dashboards — writing SQL queries and leveraging BI tools for actionable insights.Partner with the CFO to monitor performance, highlight risks, and identify opportunities.Work directly with the CEO and Chief Economist to turn complex data into clear business narratives.Uncover trends and opportunities to improve performance across the organization.Handle ad hoc analysis and high-impact projects across finance, operations, and growth.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure insights drive measurable business improvements.Ideal Candidate Profile 🎯 Experience:1–4 years at a Tier 1 Investment Bank or MBB Consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain).Proven success in high-intensity, analytical environments.(Bonus) Exposure to healthcare or tech-driven industries.🎓 Education:Degree in Economics, Finance, or another quantitative discipline from a Top 30 university with a strong GPA or merit-based scholarship.💡 Skills:Strong Excel (structured spreadsheets, pivot tables, basic modeling).Experience writing SQL queries and building dashboards.Excellent communication — able to simplify complex insights and influence decision-making.🤝 Personal Traits:Highly autonomous, low-ego, proactive, and team-oriented.Strong sense of ownership and accountability.Comfortable being hands-on and detail-driven.Preferred Background: Candidates from the following companies (or similar) tend to thrive in this environment: Goldman Sachs | Morgan Stanley | JPMorgan Chase | Citi | BofA | Evercore | Lazard | Centerview | Qatalyst | McKinsey | BCG | BainAbout the Company A fast-growing healthcare startup transforming outpatient care access through technology.
