Business Analyst

Business AnalystJob ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to understand business goals, challenges, and system requirements.Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.Support presales with requirement discovery, functional demos, and proposal inputs.Collaborate with solution architects and consultants to design and validate solutions (e.g., SugarCRM, Monday.com).Coordinate project deliverables and own Analysis, QA, UAT, and Training SDLC stages, to ensure solution quality and business fit.Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence for sprint planning, tracking, and documentation.Support change management and user adoption.Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in CRM, ERP, or SaaS implementations.Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced consulting environment.Postman experience is advantageous.(i) iZeno will never request recruitment fees from candidates under any circumstances.
