Business Analyst

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITY1. Business Analysis- Work with stakeholders/key end-users to define the detail businessrequirements- Research and understand the business objectives and issues to provide clientwith solutions- Discuss with project team to analyze and understand requirements of theproducts2. Documentation and Communication- Prepare user requirement, workflow, corresponding business process flow,data store requirement, etc. for the development of systems or businessprocesses- Prepare the proposal on business enhancement as well as potential productdevelopment- Discuss/communicate with key users/stakeholders/customers to ensure therequirements fully documented and communicated properly- Prepare the corresponding documents for the result of business analysis,manage project (technical) documents3. Program Rollout- Project operations - training and coaching to user on how to use theapplication system, participating in User Acceptance Test, etc.- Involve the study on appropriate marketing plan, profit and loss analysis, costcontrol, etc.4. Others- Support the estimation of new projects- Gather market trends and internal data to conduct business analysis andprovide recommendations and enhancements to the business- Report to Manager issues related to projects, contracts, work of team and thecompanyREQUIREMENT1. Age: Unlimited2. Experience:- Graduated from University/College majoring in IT or other related majors- At least 3 years of experience as a BA- Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio);- Can use design and modeling tools such as Axure, UML, Figma- Ability to communicate and handle technical issues- Good thinking, agile, grasping problems quickly.- Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize information.- Ability to write documents, communicate well, present problems well.- Experience in using tools to help build requirements analysis documents andprototypes.- Creative, logical, proactive thinking. Has good pressure resistance.3. Language:- Good English skills (reading, writing, speaking & listening)4. Skill:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with focus on computer science, informationtechnology, systems development or a related field (non IT)- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal and teamwork skills.- Highly responsible in work, proactive, self-organized and good teamwork spirit- Time management skills- Creativity skills5. Acknowledgments:- Have one of ECBA, or CCBA, or PBA or higher certificated is advantage.6. Other:- Bachelor’s degree- Dynamic and proactiveBENEFITS13th month salary.
