Job Description:Responsible for constructing credit risk models within the assigned function, ensuring compliance with MB's processes and regulations to achieve the unit's overall objectives.Collect and process data for building credit risk measurement models, customer scoring/rating systems, and early warning systems.Develop and implement credit scoring models, concentration risk models, and partner credit risk models within the assigned scope.Support the development of tools for stress testing credit risk (collecting information, proposing stress test scenarios, evaluating and analyzing the impact of scenarios on factors such as NPL, provisions, capital for credit risk, and credit income...).Participate in developing risk-based pricing tools.Provide consulting and feedback for the development and implementation of credit-related models at MB and its subsidiaries.Provide recommendations and reports based on the analysis of output results from credit risk models, supporting the improvement of the credit risk management framework.Perform other tasks assigned by direct management that align with job responsibilities.Job Requirement:Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Science, Finance - Banking, Statistics, Information Technology (IT), or related fields.Preferred candidates with experience in building credit risk models and credit rating systems.Certification: CFA Level 1, FRM Level 1 (preferred).English proficiency: TOEIC score of 500 or equivalent.Proficiency in data processing and analysis: SQL, Python, PowerBI/Tableau.Experience in developing credit risk models and early warning systems.Strong knowledge of banking finance and credit risk management.Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to analyze and provide strategic recommendations.Application Instructions:Apply directly on the MB Bank recruitment page on https://careers.mbbank.com.vn/home-page.
