Job DescriptionAnalyze, gather, and clarify business requirements from clients or internal departments.Develop business analysis documents: functional models, business flow models, use cases, and detailed specification documents.Work closely with the technical team to ensure requirements are accurately understood and implemented.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and evaluate product suitability against requirements.Propose solutions to improve business processes and enhance system efficiency.2. Candidate RequirementsMinimum of 03 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Bachelor's or College Degree in: Information Technology, Information Systems, Banking, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience in implementing or knowledge of E-office, ERP, Odoo.Proficient in business analysis techniques: functional modeling, business flow modeling, and business analysis documentation.Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in Waterfall or Agile methodologies.Prefer candidates with experience in the Finance – Banking sector.3.
