The ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, identifying and recommending solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement CRM/FO systems. The role includes documenting business needs, conducting gap analysis, and bridging technical and business teams to ensure effective ERP system enhancements.Qualifications2-5 YOE with Microsoft D365 CRM/FOStrong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experienceProficiency in identifying and documenting Business Processes and Business RequirementsExcellent Communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with CRM/FO systems and ERP implementation life cyclesBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related fieldUnderstanding of the software development process is a plusRelevant certifications in business analysis or ERP systems (preferred)
