Job Description:The Business Analyst will work closely with business and technical teams to assess current operations, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing processes, and developing solutions that align with organizational goals. The role also involves reporting on project progress, risks, and decisions, as well as participating in special projects and cross-functional initiatives.Job Responsibilities:Analyze business systems, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. Gather, document, and validate business requirements. Develop process models, solution options, and recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership and project teams. Lead or support special projects as assigned. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Required Skills & Experience:8+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills & Experience:Experience with SDLC artifacts (gap analysis, design documents, test cases). Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders.
