Position: Business AnalystLocation: SingaporeEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and IT teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, and deliver actionable insights that drive business performance.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement.Key Responsibilities1. Requirements Gathering & AnalysisWork with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements.Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather relevant information.Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and process documentation.2. Process Mapping & ImprovementAnalyse current business processes and workflows to identify gaps and inefficiencies.Propose improvements and support implementation of new processes.Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of new systems or procedures.3. Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate findings.Collaborate with data teams to ensure data accuracy and availability.4. Solution Design & Implementation SupportAssist in designing solutions that meet business needs, including system enhancements or integrations.Work closely with development, QA, and project teams to support implementation.Validate solutions and support user acceptance testing (UAT).5. Stakeholder CommunicationAct as a liaison between business users and technical teams.Communicate progress, updates, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.Ensure expectations are aligned and documentation is accessible.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, IT, or related fields.1–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.Understanding of basic project management or Agile methodologies is preferred.Preferred Skills (Optional)Experience with ERP, CRM, or business software implementations.Knowledge of SQL or basic scripting for data analysis.Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent is a plus.What We OfferExposure to cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.Opportunities to develop into Senior Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Project Manager roles.Supportive environment with mentorship and professional growth opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.
