This role acts as a bridge between studio teams, business stakeholders, and engineering, helping translate operational needs into technology improvements.You will help ensure studio systems run smoothly by triaging issues, documenting requirements, supporting testing, and improving workflows that power recording studio operations.This is a great opportunity for an analyst with 2+ years of experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary support contact for studio teams by triaging issues and coordinating resolution with technical teamsTranslate business needs into clear technical requirements for engineering teamsTrack and manage system bugs, enhancements, and change requestsMaintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs and impactSupport testing and user acceptance validation for new features and system updatesDocument workflows, system features, and process changesProvide training and onboarding for new studios and usersPartner with business stakeholders and technology teams to improve studio workflows and system functionalityRequirements2+ years experience as a Business AnalystBachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related fieldStrong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to analyze problems and translate requirements into technical specificationsStrong organization, prioritization, and time management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
