Business Analyst (Sales Excellence)

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will spearhead the strategic integration of Generative AI technologies to revolutionize our B2B Sales and Servicing operations in Global and Corporate Sales Department in Sales and Marketing Division. This role exists to identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions that transform traditional business processes into more efficient, scalable, and customer-centric workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesMap and analyse existing B2B Sales and Servicing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisationDevelop a strategic roadmap for GenAI integration across the B2B customer journeyDesign and implement reimagined workflows leveraging Generative AI technologiesCollaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, IT, and Data Science teams to build and deploy AI-powered solutionsLead process automation initiatives using GenAI to reduce manual effort and improve accuracyEstablish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of GenAI implementationsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferredExperience in business transformation, process optimization, or similar rolesStrong understanding of B2B sales and customer service operationsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirementsKnowledge of GenAI platforms and their business applicationsExperience with workflow automation tools and systems integrationProject management expertise with a track record of successful implementationStrong communication skills and ability to explain complex technologies to non-technical stakeholdersChange management experienceWe thank all candidates for your interest in Singapore Airlines, and regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
