We’re looking for a data-driven and business-minded analyst to join our Business Development team. You’ll turn numbers and market insights into strategies that will drive growth, efficiency, and innovation for food and merchandise categories for Kopi Kenangan brand across Indonesia. You’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-growing F&B group where your insights directly shape brand strategy, market growth, and customer experience. If you love turning data into meaningful business impact, this role is for you.Ideal Candidate Profile:Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics or related.Minimum 3 years of experience in sales performance analysis, business analysis, strategy, or business development preferably in a fast-paced FMCG, F&B, or retail environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Excel and data interpretationFamiliarity with POS data a plusExperienced in coordinating cross-functional projects or product launchesFluent in English, both written and spokenCurious, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy with a passion for the F&B industry.Responsibilities: Analyze sales, outlet performance, and customer data to uncover trends and opportunities for the categories responsible for.Support new business or business development initiatives, including vendors sourcing, negotiation as well as contract negotiations.Evaluate store performance metrics with regards to categories in-charged of such as revenue per outlet, table turnover, food cost percentage, and profitability.Identify under-performing products, outlets, or time periods, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.Conduct market and competitor research to guide pricing, promotions, and menu strategy.Prepare financial models, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses for proposed projects or investments.Assist in partner/vendor evaluations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability targets.Build dashboards, forecasts, and financial models to support data-driven decision making.Provide data-driven recommendations to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and business initiatives.Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and R&D teams to analyze menu performance and product profitability and optimize business performance.More about Kenangan BrandsKopi Kenangan, a much loved coffee chain store with close to 900 outlets across Indonesia;Kenangan Coffee Malaysia with more than 120 coffee chain stores;Kenangan Coffee Singapore with 10 stores;Kenangan Coffee India launched in Apr 2025, 5 Stores now and with aggressive growth plan; andKopi Kenangan Hanya Untukmu, our Ready-To-Drink FMCG subsidiary.Interested candidate please send updated resume to apac.jobs@kopikenangan.com
