Job Title: Business Analyst - Data & OperationsExperience Required: 2+ yearsLocation: Bengaluru, Karnataka, IndiaAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to support our data and operations functions while driving new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify growth opportunities, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role requires a balance of analytical rigor, operational understanding, and a bias for execution.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse operational and performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs and provide actionable insights for leadership.Partner with the operations team to optimise workflows, improve turnaround times, and enhance overall efficiency.Support the design and rollout of new business initiatives and pilot programs.Conduct root-cause analysis and develop data-backed recommendations to solve key business challenges.Collaborate with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align business objectives with operational execution.Develop process documentation, SOPs, and tracking mechanisms for new initiatives.Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or operations management.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Programming languages(Python), SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to multitask, prioritise, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsExperience working in high-growth or tech-enabled environments.Familiarity with process automation or CRM toolsExposure to business process improvement or Lean methodologies.Apply Now!
