Role :Business AnalystCompetencies : Business Analysis, Salesforce, Problem SolvingJob Description8 to 12 experience in ITwith around 4 to 6 years proven experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, with hands-on nCino and Salesforce experience.Ability to work in an Agile development environment. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle (retail, commercial) and relevant banking products is must.Key Responsibilities:Should be able to Translate banking needs into functional specifications, user stories, use cases and process flows for the nCinoSalesforce platform. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for nCino implementations (Loan Origination, Underwriting, Servicing) through workshops, interviews, and process mapping. Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams (developers, QA).Assist with training, documentation, and driving user adoption of the nCino platform. Experience in Create test cases, support QA, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements. Assist with training, documentation, and driving user adoption of the nCino platform. Identify opportunities to optimize lending workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve clientuser experience.
