Business Analyst

Position Title:Business AnalystLocation:AustraliaAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business planning, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, analyse data, and translate insights into practical recommendations that enhance performance and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and analyse business requirements from various teams.Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Develop clear documentation including business cases, workflows, and functional specifications.Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design and implementation.Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights effectively.Track key performance indicators and measure the impact of implemented changes.Support project planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting.Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Knowledge of business process modelling and requirements gathering methods.Preferred AttributesExperience with project management or Agile methodologies.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Employment Type:Full-time
