We offer flexible working, a good benefits package and competitive salary.Business AnalystResponsibilities & DutiesFunctional and Non-Functional Requirements Analysis and DocumentationProduction of Use Cases and User StoriesTask analysis and evaluating surveys and workshop resultsIdentify and document any required changes and communicate them to the relevant third parties/colleagues.Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the technical teamForm strong business relationships and assist business development with requirements/technical assistance/costing/resource/scheduling information & presentations where neededWork closely with software development teams on all projectsTrain employees/clients on new systemsQualifications, Competencies & ExperiencePRINCE/AGILE/WATERFALL Project Management MethodologiesKnowledge of Information Security procedures responsibilitiesExperience in managing business relationshipsStrong management of Projects/TasksExperience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality AssuranceA degree in IT / Computer Science (Not Essential)Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testingExperience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusionsWorking knowledge in data visualization techniques and toolsProven experience in generating process documentationStrong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skillsWorking knowledge of management tools, in particular Confluence and JIRA for documentation/requirements management and story writingSelf-starter, working across a dispersed team and willing to travel UK and Europe
