Junior Lifecycle Project Manager Permanent | Full-Time | £40,000 + bonus + benefitsA leading facilities management provider is seeking a Junior Lifecycle Project Manager to join their team. This role supports the successful planning, procurement, and delivery of lifecycle, variations, and small works projects across a key contract. The position offers strong development opportunities and the chance to work closely with an experienced Lifecycle Project Manager on a wide range of refurbishment and asset replacement activities.Role OverviewThe Junior Lifecycle Project Manager will help scope, specify, plan, and deliver project works in line with contractual requirements and commercial objectives. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, the supply chain, and the client to ensure all works are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare tender specifications for refurbishment and replacement works (building fabric, fixtures, fittings, etc).Work with suppliers and stakeholders to identify suitable materials, finishes, and solutions.Assist technical teams with scoping and specifying planned works.Support the management of budgets, forecasts, expenditure, and purchasing activities.Plan and schedule works, ensuring activities are agreed with relevant parties.Review delivery options to achieve best value and maximise budget efficiency.Help identify and onboard suitable contractors and suppliers.Support on-site management of subcontractors delivering project works.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory obligations.Assist with commercial documentation, including subcontract issue and administration.Lead snagging and final approval of completed works.Ensure O&M information and maintenance records are updated post-project.Support warranty management for new equipment and installations.Provide general support to the Lifecycle Manager and wider FM operations.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary, bonus, and full benefits package25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysLife assurance (2x salary)Retail and lifestyle discount schemesGym membership and Cycle to Work programmeAdditional holiday purchase optionsCSR daysExtensive training, qualifications, and career development opportunitiesEmployee referral rewardsAccess to wellbeing and support servicesAbout YouExperience in a similar project, lifecycle, or FM roleStrong practical understanding of building fabric and/or M&E refurbishmentIOSH Managing Safely (required)Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, etc)Experience managing budgets and expenditureDesirable: NEBOSH, CAD experience, SMSTS, PRINCE2, FM contract experience, familiarity with CAFM systems
