Job Description

As the Business Analyst, you will undertake activities to gather business requirements to support the current Project which will be pivotal in the Design and Build of a new Salesforce CRM System.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support to the subject matter experts and Project Director to capture current state and future state requirements in preparation for the implementation phase of the Project.Ensure that the future state business requirements meet the operational needs of the business and deliver the benefits captured in the benefits realisation plan, and designed in a streamlined and costeffective way.Apply Business Analysis skills to identify and document functional and non-functional project requirements and evaluate options against these.Lead the development of business requirements (Epics, Features), business processes and software requirements specifications (predominantly User Stories and other notations) for the project, ensuring traceability of requirements and dependency mapping throughout the program lifecycle.Facilitate Business Process Testing, transparency of the business problem and solution options to provide innovative ideas to Product Managers and Product Owners to improve their business.Produce high quality business documentation.Apply Business Analysis skills to support the evaluation of the project during execution and upon completion.Contribute to project-based business analysis skill enhancement across the project team.Other ResponsibilitiesActively participate in team planning and ensure all work complies with corporate responsibilities.Model the values of respect, quality and accountability.Maintain a high standard of practice through governance and risk management.Foster an inclusive workplace where inclusion, diversity and wellbeing are promoted and prioritised.Success Criteria  Knowledge, skills and experienceYou have in-depth applied knowledge of project business analysis (BA) techniques with the ability to apply and tailor principles, processes and tools from a range of recognised methodologies.You are skilled in applying BA principles, process and tools, and in coaching others to do the same and your experience spans a wide range of project types and size with stakeholders across all organisational levels.You communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, offer convincing rationale, negotiate persuasively and your advice influences decision making.Highly Regarded SkillsSaleforce CRM knowledge Government Experience Agile experience Legacy system replacement experienceTo submit your application, in strict confidence, please submit your resume in Word Format using the appropriate link quoting reference No. 247368.
