Business Analyst – HEBCI ReviewWe’re supporting a leading Higher Education institution in London to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to deliver an end-to-end review of their HEBCI (Higher Education Business & Community Interaction) return process.Key Responsibilities:Conduct a full ‘as-is’ review of HEBCI data collection, validation and submissionEngage stakeholders across Finance, Research & Innovation and academic departmentsFacilitate workshops and document business processesIdentify risks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunitiesElicit and document clear business requirementsKey Skills:Proven Business Analyst experience delivering IT-enabled changeStrong skills in process modelling, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagementExperience in Higher Education or statutory returns (HEBCI desirable)Rate: £447 per day Inside IR35Duration: 3 monthsLocation: Hybrid/Central London (1 day per week required on site)
