Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionWe advance science so that we all have more time with the people we loveYour OpportunitiesOverallWork within team members within the Finance and Analytics & Insights function to prepare and deliver relevant dashboard reporting required to support business priorities and analysis needs of the organizationAnalyze data and proactively identify trends and leading indicators of performance to the relevant business teams/partnersLearn or develop and execute required data and reporting validation processes on external (e.g. IQVIA) and internal (e.g. CRM, Finance, Survey Data) data sourcesWork with Analytics & Insights Managers, Squads and field-based teams (as required) to identify ad hoc analytic needs. Complete analysis and generate insights within agreed upon timeframesIdentify and recommend new secondary data sources to complement existing data assetsWork within the Advanced Analytics team to support data science projects from data source identification to data analysis, data compilation, visualization & deliveryWork with Advanced Analytics Team members to identify opportunities to apply new AI/Machine Learning techniques to progress our Advanced Analytics practiceProvide Field force effectiveness insights with data-analysis, business acumen, strategic planning and effective communication to contribute for Field Force planning (size, structure, and territory alignment)Cross channel customer engagement insights and analysis System & Application ManagementDevelop, implement and upgrade business insights systems, applications, and services to meet the needs of our internal customersManage Commercial, KAM & Medical CRM systems to ensure high data quality and robustnessDesign and lead the implementation of new performance monitoring tools, analytic initiatives and platforms to drive performance excellenceProvide on-demand support in various data analytics and insights generation activities. Ensure alignment and standardization of the data and insights qualityIn-field Effectiveness Drive business effectiveness and efficiency via key levers such as standardized working process, KPIs, incentives schemes, data, dashboards and automation. This can include the creation, maintenance and optimization of dashboards to measure performance of campaigns, channels and content across customer segmentsSupport the Customer Engagement, Customer Insight lead, Finance department,, Marketing enablers in conducting business reviews by sharing key performance indicators aligned to the defined outcomes, and recommend areas for improvement and action plans where appropriate Partner with the Customer Insights Lead to operationalize customer segmentation into the data collection process and generate meaningful insights for each segmentAudit effectiveness of process, programs and tools, and take necessary actionsDrive customer engagement effectiveness in goals setting, forecasting through target setting based on event driven planningDesign and provide a selection of tools and dashboards for the field force/ MSLs/KAMs to drive performance excellence and improve productivityTrain end users on new processes and procedures on enhancementDigital TransformationLeverage the Network to capture learnings and create synergies between Affiliates in data gathering and insights generation processesDrive digital transformation projects and AI adaption, e.g. automation, data quality and reconciliationWho You AreBachelor Degree or above, ideally with Data Analytics, Data Management, IT backgroundAt least 3 years of experience in Sales Management, Sales Force Effectiveness, Operational Excellence, Data System Management, Management Consulting, or similar fieldsAt least 3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industryAt least 3 years of experience in database management, expert in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel, and AccessAt least 3 years of experience with salesforce.com (CRM), SAP Business Objective applications and environmentsExperience in Global or regional role/ projects is a plusWorking with senior leadership in a matrix environmentWho we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
