About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic and driven Head of Business Development to oversee growth across Vietnam and Malaysia. This role will manage teams across Agency, Broking, and Device Protection, driving revenue, expanding partnerships, and optimizing sales performance.You will shape sales strategy, strengthen partner ecosystems, and lead end-to-end business development activities - from prospecting to launch.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver revenue goals, KPIs, acquisition cost control, and ROI on marketing spend.Lead and manage BD teams across Agency, Broker, and Device Protection channels.Optimize sales journeys using technology to enhance customer experience.Build and execute partnership strategies and expand partner networks.Oversee the full partnership development cycle: prospecting → pitching → onboarding → launch.Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to support strategic sales priorities.Implement sales training and use data insights to elevate partner performance.Manage sales operations, customer base expansion, and market adaptation.Build strong relationships with insurance partners in Vietnam, ideally including digital insurers.What We’re Looking For7+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in non-life insurance).Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, and enterprise sales cycles.Proven success driving revenue and building strategic partnerships.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Proficiency in English & Vietnamese.Experience with digital customer journeys, deal structuring, and sales operations.Prior team management experience is an advantage.
