Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.Your Opportunity Starts Here.ResponsibilitiesThe loans product manager is responsible:For loan/ credit related product formulation, development, enhancement, implementation and annual review (include NPAP & BNM approval if require)For continuous enhancement and review of loan products sales process and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction (include LO, PDS, documentation & forms if required)To review the process and procedures include loan system and in the event of any new schemes launch by BNM/ CGC/ SJPPTo jointly develop effective marketing plans and promotion campaigns with marketing team upon product launches/when necessaryIn development, enhancement and review of loan product sales toolsTo ensure the program complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirementsFor product training for new recruits/ retooling/ new product launchTo lead, manage and involve in projects and ad-hoc assignment.To interpret data, analyse result and assist in presenting finding or recommendation for decision making.To assist in self-assessment for RCSA, review and remove regulations & controls for respective units testingTo coordinate for RCU matters related to Gap Analysis, Action Plan and Compliance TestingRequirementsDegree in Business Management, Marketing, Banking, Risk Management or related area preferred.Possess relevant experience. i.e. SME Credit or Commercial Banking Relationship Manager with Trade knowledge will be an added advantagePreferable with 3 years of banking experience, preferably related to Loans Sales & Marketing/ Loan Support/ Credit Risk/ Business FinanceRelevant industry knowledge pertaining to SME loan and BNM/ CGC/ SJPP schemes will be an added advantageCommitted in completing assignment within deadline, strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.Good inter-personal and communication skillsStrong analytical skill and statistical knowledge.
