Business & Data Analyst - Requirements & Process Design

OverviewThe Business & Data Analyst bridges business stakeholders and the tech team. This role gathers requirements, designs store processes, defines KPIs, and ensures data-driven decision-making within StoreOps systems.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Requirements & Process DesignEngage store operations, supply chain, finance, and merchandising teams.Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes.Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Define workflows for inventory, replenishment, billing, returns, promotions.Data & AnalyticsDefine data requirements and reporting structures.Create data dictionaries and KPI definitions.Design dashboards and store performance metrics.Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.Support data validation and UAT testing.Stakeholder & Product SupportPrioritize backlog with Product Owner.Translate business needs into technical requirements.Support sprint planning and UAT coordination.Ensure traceability from requirements to delivery.RequirementsRequired Skills & Experience5+ years in business analysis, preferably in retail or store operations.Strong knowledge of retail KPIs (sell-through, shrinkage, stock turnover).Experience with SQL and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).Process mapping tools (Visio, Miro, Lucidchart).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Key DeliverablesBRD/FRD documents.Process flow diagrams.KPI definitions and reporting frameworks.User stories and acceptance criteria.BenefitsHealth Insurance - At Makro PRO, we care about your health!
