Lead Data Analyst

We’re looking for someone to build the data engine behind our AI.Location: Bangkok, Thailand (On-site) Experience: 5+ Years (Startup veteran preferred)The MissionBuild the data backbone for our AI-driven product suite.The RealityWe are building AI-first data products. This means your role goes beyond standard BI. You are responsible for identifying the patterns that power our models and ensuring our data pipeline is robust enough to support real-time AI features. We move fast, we iterate daily, and we need someone who can manage the ambiguity of a high-growth startup without losing sight of the technical precision required for AI.What you’ll actually do:AI Data Strategy: Identify, extract, and structure the datasets that will power our AI models.Pattern Discovery: Use your business acumen to find high-value patterns in our data that can be productized into AI features.Leverage AI Tools: Use AI to work faster—LLMs for SQL, automated cleaning, and predictive modeling.Commercial Insight: Translate complex data trends into clear business "so-whats" for the Founders.Own the Stack: You aren't just using the tools; you are building the environment where data and AI intersect.What we’re looking for:BKK Based: You’re in the city and ready to jam with the team in person.AI Savvy: You understand how data structures (embeddings, vector DBs, labeled sets) impact model performance.Business Grit: You don't need a PRD.
