Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities;Manage to gather requirements on business opportunities/ issues from HOD and MGT Team, prepare project proposal, business cases, and informative presentation. Manage and design-hoc analysis on key business metrics, present findings in a clear and actionable format to give management visibility and support decision-making. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and analysis solutions then conduct the Requirement Specification (RS) document. Working closely with Business Module Owner (BMO) and IT Department. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Performing cooperates with BMO and Business User on UAT Testing. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Staying up to date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Qualifications;Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science or any related field. Minimum 5 years of work experience in Business Analysis, Project management, Product/Process management or in IT solution design. Good command in English. Strong analytical skills and track record in completion of project assignments. Possess initiative to drive system enhancements and process improvements. Knowledge of shipping industry would be an advantage. Location: Panjathanee Tower (Rama 3)
