BI Developer, APAC D2C (Power BI)THAI CITIZENS ONLY - No Work Permit ProvidedHybrid, Bangkok CityLong-term ContractingWe’re hiring a BI Developer to build enterprise-grade Power BI solutions delivering actionable insights across APAC D2C and marketplace businesses. You’ll work primarily with curated gold-layer datasets to develop scalable, performance-optimized dashboards aligned with regional commercial priorities.What you’ll doDesign and develop enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and semantic models.Build and maintain robust Power BI semantic models aligned to curated gold-layer datasets.Develop advanced DAX calculations for commercial KPIs (e.g., sales, pricing/promo, category/product performance).Implement row-level security (RLS) and governance-aligned reporting standards.Partner with business stakeholders to define KPI logic and reporting requirements; translate needs into structured analytical solutions.Optimize report performance and scalability for multi-market APAC reporting; minimize refresh issues.Maintain documentation and version control for reports and models.Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to ensure gold-layer readiness and consistent KPI definitions.What we’re looking forMust-haves3–5 years of BI development experience.Strong command in EnglishStrong hands-on Power BI experience in enterprise environments.Strong DAX + data modelling capability (semantic modelling, relationships).Experience designing star schema / semantic models.Performance tuning experience (large datasets, optimization, refresh stability).Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Nice-to-havesExperience in eCommerce / commercial analytics environments.Familiarity with Databricks-based backend environments.Multi-country reporting experience; exposure to data governance / enterprise reporting standards.What success looks likeHigh-quality, scalable dashboards adopted by APAC commercial teams.Consistent KPI definitions across markets.Performance-optimized reports with minimal refresh issues.Strong collaboration with data engineering and governance (DXO) teams.
