You’ll join our growing Business Design team in Glasgow, working with some of the world’s largest companies in CPG/FMCG to create impact where it matters most.What you will doIf you’re a designer who loves turning complex ideas into clean, compelling stories this might be your next big move. We’re looking for a Business Designer with a twist. One who knows how to engage people through clear, compelling communication but also has the visual firepower of animation.In this hands-on role, you’ll:·     Create engaging internal and external communications and visual content - from designing email newsletters to editing stakeholder video updates·     Collaborate with clients to co-develop stories that bring strategy, change, or innovation to life·     Design presentation decks that blend clear messaging with clean, engaging visuals·     Support teams in communicating during periods of complexity or transformation·     Manage stakeholder communications with empathy, clarity, and consistency Who are we?Do Tank is a small team of ~20 people, delivering business design and pioneers human-centred strategies, leveraging design thinking for impactful, long-term change in complex global organizations. Our team is spread across Chicago and Glasgow.About youYou’re a visual storyteller with a strategic mind - maybe you’ve worked in graphic design, motion/brand content, or marketing and now you're curious about business and how design can influence strategic change. You’re a communicator, storyteller, and thinker who thrives in collaborative environments. You’re curious about how businesses grow, and you’re not afraid to get stuck in and make things happen.Visual design skills are a must, and you should feel comfortable pulling together content such as a deck, email or video that not only looks great, but lands the message.You might come from design, marketing, communications, design, or academia.
