Senior Product Designer

We provide our clients with access to unparalleled insights for their decision making and due diligence processes.We’re an early-stage startup, building strong momentum with the world’s leading corporations and investment teams, we’re building out our product team and are now looking for our first Product Designer to help shape the future of market intelligence.The RoleAs our first Product Designer, you’ll have the opportunity to establish foundational design for an AI-powered platform. You’ll own the entire design function—from architecting our design system creation of high fidelity design assets—while partnering closely with Product and Engineering to translate complex concepts into intuitive, viable user experiences.This is a perfect role for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, is energized by tactical execution, and has the vision to build scalable design systems that can accelerate our product development process.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain our design systemEstablish design principles, patterns, and guidelines that scale across our platformCreate and maintain a comprehensive component library in FigmaTranslate product requirements into wireframes, high fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications for engineeringConduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisionsPartner with Go-to-Market and Product management on visual assets for GTM materialWho You AreRequired Experience5+ years of full-time experience in product design, ideally analytics or data-heavy B2B productsStrong eye for visual design and can clearly articulate and defend your design decisions at executive and tactical levelsComfortable working within a design system and know when to push it with new componentsStrong proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and design system managementYour portfolio includes a proven track record of shipping intuitive web experiences that drive impact for businessesExperience designing for complex workflows and data visualizationNice to HaveExperience designing for AI-native products or featuresBackground in enterprise software or market intelligence toolsFamiliarity with data visualization best practicesExperience with user research methodologies and translating insights into design recommendationsMotion design or animation capabilitiesGraphic design skills for marketing assets and animationsExperience as the first or early designer at a startupWhat To Expect Working HereYou’ll be held accountable to an exceptionally high bar and impactFast paced work environment in terms of growth, decision making, and time to impactEmpowered to set your own boundariesCreate processes and products that have never existed beforeYou’ll have an opportunity to be a part of a small, early team that’s shaping the direction of a multi-billion dollar alternative data and market research industryOur culture thrives on dynamic collaboration, where dedication to our work is matched only by our passion for fostering an enjoyable, fun atmosphereWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with an equity stake in the companyIncentive pay (bonus) based on your performance and the company’s performanceFlexible paid time off in addition to paid holidays throughout the yearHybrid work arrangement (3 days in, 2 days out)
