Job SummaryThe Business Developer Executive (Entry Level) will be responsible for leading end-to-end sales efforts with a strong emphasis on lead generation and pipeline development.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted healthcare sectors.Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.Understand industry trends: denial rates, compliance changes, coding updates, payer rules.Pitch and promote medical billing, RCM solutions via cold calling, warm emails outreach etc.Pitch and promote services to providers, administrators, CFOs. cold calling, warm emails outreach etc.Track KPIs (lead-to-close ratio, deal size, cycle time).Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.QualificationsAssociate's Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Commerce or a related field.Fresher to 2 year of experience in sales.Good spoken English and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Location: Near PWD IslamabadJob Type: On-siteJob Level: Entry levelTiming: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM
