We are expanding our footprint in the Belux region and strengthening our commercial team. We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who thrives in a technical and knowledge-driven environment and has an outspoken hunter mindset.About the RoleYou’ll join at a pivotal moment — shaping our presence in Belgium and Luxembourg. The first 3 years are focused on building the market, developing relationships, and driving profitable growth. By year 4, when successful, a second commercial colleague will join — and you’ll be a key player in scaling up the business.ResponsibilitiesDevelop your own territory and customer base in pharma, biotech, and hospitals.Manage your full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Grow into a senior commercial role as the business accelerates.Your ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a portfolio of pharma, biotech, and hospital clients.Identify new opportunities and develop existing accounts, with a clear hunter mindset.Advise customers on our technical solutions (climate systems, clean air systems, validation, workbench design, etc.).Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate and close deals.Collaborate closely with engineering, service, and project management teams in Germany and Belgium.Represent Weiss-Technik at trade fairs and key account events (Belux).Report to the CEO Belux and contribute to commercial forecasts.
