Antah OCS Services is a JV company between Antah Group and OCS Group. This collaboration unites OCS's global 125 years expertise with Antah Group's strong local market presence, promising to set new benchmarks in service quality and operational excellence in the Integrated Facilities Management industry in Malaysia.The position will be responsible for developing new Integrated Facilities Management business opportunities and bid process within the target market and establish genuine relationships with clients at the C-suite Level as well as mid management level primarily in with GLCs and government agencies, while developing strategies to increase market share.The role holder will be expected to:Identify target accounts and pipelineMaintain accurate and prompt communication to key account customers on bid requirements and leverage understanding of the key account customer to develop business opportunities and web of influence (WOI)Research, develop and implement innovative solutions in response to or in anticipation of new and existing client requirements, resulting in directly increasing market shareDrive significant new revenue and grow revenue through relationship management and managing future revenue pipelinesResearch and keep up to date with industry specific developments in order to support and anticipate client needsHave a thorough understanding of competitor activityEnsure a detailed understanding of client’s business in order to cross sell the company’s servicesUtilization and update of Sales Force on all new opportunities and WOIPreparation, management and delivery of proposal documentation to the customer including but not limited to Technical Proposals, Project Plans and Pricing SchedulesReporting as and when necessaryRequirement:Preferably a Degree qualification with more than 5 years working experience in relevant business development functionIdeally having sold services and having worked ideally within the facilities management either soft or hard services, property management or any other outsourcing services is an advantageA dynamic driven individual with a passion for sales, independent, technical mindset, ability to think outside the box and to collaborate with other departmentsGood interpersonal and strong communication and writing skill in English and Bahasa MalaysiaRelevant business development experience with a range of large and complex clientsStrong analytical skills - including the ability to create the most compelling and competitive offers that work for both partiesA demonstrated understanding of the business acquisition and bid management life cyclesAdvanced working knowledge of Sales Force and Microsoft Office applications especially in Word, Excel and Power PointAble to travel when necessary within Malaysia
