Business Development – MCN CampaignJob Description:Build, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with brands for MCN campaign needs.Identify business opportunities and conduct pitching based on brand and campaign requirements.Manage the end-to-end partnership process: from prospecting, negotiation, to deal closing and campaign execution.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery aligns with agreed objectives.Prepare reports and performance evaluations of brand partnerships on a regular basis.Expand the brand partner database and maintain long-term relationships.Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, or related fields (preferably from agency, MCN, advertising, or creative industries).Has an existing database or network relevant to the digital marketing or MCN industry.Excellent communication and public speaking skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities with brands.Result-oriented with strong multitasking skills.Highly proactive, possesses a strong work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.Target-driven and familiar with OKR frameworks.If you are interested and meet the requirements, please send your application to hrd@superstaragency.id with the subject: Business Development – Campaign.
