Business Development CoordinatorLocation: RemoteReports to: Director of Sales, North AmericaType: Full-time ContractorOverviewOur client is seeking a Business Development Coordinator who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys managing systems and metrics, and excels at coordinating cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will support the ongoing growth and operational excellence of the North American dealer network.Key Responsibilities Systems & Metrics MaintenanceMaintain and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, coordinating technical updates with the external development team. Manage and monitor Power BI dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with external partners. Track sales and operational KPIs; identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Compile and distribute weekly internal KPI reports and monthly dealer performance reports. Ensure the dealer network database remains accurate and up to date. Dealer Network OperationsMaintain and update dealer onboarding materials, including pitch decks, e-signature templates, and marketing brochures. Support day-to-day dealer communications and documentation. Dealer Recruitment CampaignsAnalyze dealer network performance to identify territory gaps and growth opportunities. Execute dealer recruitment and lead generation campaigns, including:Prospect list creation and outreach. Designing and launching email campaigns (via Mailchimp or similar tools). Building recruitment funnels and visual marketing assets. Coordinating with Master Dealers on territory-specific recruitment. Community & Brand EngagementAct as a networking ambassador for the brand across virtual and digital channels. Plan and manage webinars and virtual events with the Director of Technical Sales, including topic planning, speaker coordination, scheduling, invitations, and post-event follow-up. Sales Support & DocumentationMaintain sales enablement materials such as catalogs, presentations, and pitch decks. Assist in preparing sales proposals, slide decks, and partnership documentation for strategic initiatives. Success ProfileHighly autonomous, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Digitally fluent with a tech-forward mindset and eagerness to leverage productivity tools. Effective communicator with strong attention to detail and visual presentation. Bonus QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard management. Experience using Mailchimp and webinar/event management tools. Strong written communication and design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent). Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is a significant plus.
