Job DescriptionMy client is a technology-driven healthcare organization enabling physicians to deliver high-value care through scalable operations and cloud-based solutions.They are seeking a Business Development Director to drive provider recruitment into their medical group. This role requires strong experience closing complex business deals and consistently exceeding sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target independent primary care physicians and specialistsLead in-person sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close dealsManage pipeline and activities in Salesforce; join weekly sales callsBuild and maintain relationships with physicians, partners, and distributorsSupport recruited practices and help establish new markets where neededShare best practices and contribute to the national sales teamQualificationsBachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus)4+ years’ complex sales experience, selling SaaS to hospitals / healthcare requiredProven track record exceeding sales targets ($1M+ annually)Strong individual contributor in competitive marketsReliable transportation; 80% travel onsite in Orlando FLKnowledge of HIPAA complianceAttributesSales-driven with proven ability to qualify leads and close dealsCreative, strategic thinker who shortens sales cyclesCompensationTotal package: $170K–$200K (OTE) - Most people in this role are doing $300K+ as this is uncapped commissionBase salary: $90K–$110KEquity / RSU'sbenefits (medical, dental, vision, life, pet insurance, 401K, PTO, wellness programs)
