Join Solarpro and be part of the energy transition that’s reshaping tomorrow.We are seeking a motivated professional with 1–3 years of experience in photovoltaics (PV) and renewable energy to join our team as a Business Development Engineer. This role combines foundational technical knowledge with business development capabilities to identify opportunities, support client engagement, and contribute to our renewable energy portfolio expansion. The ideal candidate possesses basic understanding of solar technologies, strong communication skills, and the drive to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.The position involves frequent business travel across Europe.Main responsibilities:Business Development & Market Engagement:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in photovoltaics and energy storage sectors across domestic and international EU markets, UK and Ireland;Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business development strategies;Assist in expanding the company's client and partner network by engaging with potential customers, investors, and industry stakeholders;Meeting the clients (present and potential), presenting solar PV, BESS, and hybrid energy solutions of Solarpro Group;Support preparation of techno-commercial proposals and preliminary project assessments;Participate in international exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events.Technical Support:Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions;Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PV technologies, energy storage systems, and EPC processes.Your profile:Experience & Education:1–3 years in photovoltaics, renewable energy, business development, technical sales, or project engineering;Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, Mechanical, Civil), Renewable Energy, or related field;Exposure to solar PV systems, energy storage technologies, or EPC project environments.Technical Knowledge:Foundational understanding of PV system design, utility-scale solar projects, BESS integration, and EPC processes;Basic knowledge of electrical systems, grid connection, and renewable energy regulations preferred.We offer:Development in a multinational company operating in several EU countries;Opportunity to gain knowledge in highly developing sector in the field of green energy and environment friendly solutions;Excellent working conditions including opportunities for social benefits, etc.;Be part of a team of professionals, knowledge leaders in PV sector in East Europe.
