Job Description

Key Responsibilities Seller Acquisition ● Identify and onboard new marketplace sellers through field visits, referrals, and competitor platforms. ● Present the marketplace value proposition (reach, fulfillment model, commissions, and growth support). ● Ensure completion of onboarding requirements including catalog readiness, pricing standards, KYC, and operational setup. Seller Growth & Development ● Manage a portfolio of onboarded sellers for at least three months to stabilize and scale their business before transitioning them to the Account Management team. ● Train and guide sellers on essential e-commerce processes such as catalog creation, product listing standards, pricing setup, inventory management, order fulfillment, and performance tracking. ● Drive assortment expansion, express fulfillment adoption, and competitive pricing. ● Promote participation in marketing and ad programs to improve visibility and sales. ● Identify assortment and pricing gaps to unlock incremental GMV.
