Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Client Meetings: Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to introduce our company and services.Consultative Sales Approach: Understand client needs and provide tailored tax and financial solutions that align with their business objectives.Lead Generation: While the company will provide leads and schedule meetings, you will also be expected to proactively generate your own leads to meet KPIs.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure long-term business growth.Proposal Development: Collaborate with the internal team to create and present customized proposals and service offerings.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.Requirements:Experience: Proven experience in business development (B2B), preferably within a tax consultancy, financial services, legal services, or other professional service industries (e.g., management consulting, corporate services).Consultative Sales Skills: Strong ability to understand client needs, ask the right questions, and offer appropriate solutions.Proactive and Self-Motivated: Ability to generate leads independently and take initiative to achieve business goals.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Presentation Skills: Strong ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the tax consultancy industry or a similar service-oriented industry is preferred.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.Driving License is must.Candidates must have prior B2B experience to be considered for this role.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Supportive work environment with access to training and development resources.Note: Candidates without B2B experience will be rejected.
