Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of our clients furniture rental services. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the rental process. You’ll build lasting relationships, manage client accounts, and contribute to the growth of the business contact database.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & EngagementResearch and identify potential clients including expats, relocation agencies, property managers, and real estate professionals.Initiate contact and build rapport through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.Present tailored rental proposals and solutions to prospective clients.Proposal Preparation & PresentationCreate customized rental packages based on client needs and budget.Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of the rental service.Client Relationship ManagementServe as the main point of contact throughout the rental lifecycle.Ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and ongoing support.Handle renewals, upgrades, and rent-to-own transitions.Database DevelopmentMaintain and grow a CRM database of leads, contacts, and client interactions.Track engagement metrics and follow up on leads systematically.Ideal Candidate ProfileKnowledge & ExperienceFamiliarity with furniture rental, leasing, or real estate services is a plus.Experience in client-facing roles, sales, or account management.Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.Personality & TraitsEmpathetic & Solution-Oriented, able to understand the emotional and practical challenges of moving to a new country and offer reassuring, helpful solutions.Proactive & Resourceful, taking initiative to find and engage clients, solve problems, and close deals.Personable & Trustworthy Organized & Detail-Oriented
