Oversee growth and business development initiatives, ensuring achievement of set targets and pipeline metrics.Scout and Connect: Build and proactively manage a pipeline of opportunities with prospective clients who seek our capabilities to solve their challenges. Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and initiate conversations that lead to qualified opportunities.Set the Stage: Open conversations around how we can solve prospective clients' challenges, conducting qualification meetings that explore fit and opportunity. Secure and coordinate high-impact meetings between prospects and our consulting leadership team.Lead Outbound Campaigns: Execute targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and industry events that grab attention and drive engagement.
