Business Development Executive

We’re expanding fast and looking for passionate, driven Business Development Executives to join our growing team.Job Description:The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding KolaKu’s market presence by identifying and securing new sales opportunities across retail outlets, distributors, cafes, restaurants, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and eager to grow with a purpose-driven local brand.Key Responsibilities:Visit retail outlets, distributors, and potential partners to introduce and promote KolaKu products.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.Identify new sales opportunities and open new accounts.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Collect market insights, competitor data, and feedback to support marketing and product development.Represent KolaKu at events, tastings, and promotional activities as needed.Requirements:Proven experience in FMCG or beverage sales is an advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven.Possess own transport and willing to travel within assigned territories.Passionate about local brands and ethical business values.Remuneration:Basic salary + attractive commission + performance incentives.Location:Klang Valley / Nationwide (depending on candidate location).
