We are excellent at what we do.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Lekki for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for activities such as identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and developing effective strategies to meet business objectives. The role requires active involvement in lead generation efforts and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.Qualifications & RequirementsIdentify, approach, and onboard new clients for loan and financial services.Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.Promote the company’s financial products to individuals and businesses.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Work with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction.Prepare reports on business performance and client activities.Participate in training programs to improve sales and financial advisory skills.Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and presentations.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or financial services (entry-level candidates with strong potential may be considered).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
