They’re looking for a driven, ambitious, and commercially-minded Business Development Executive to join their small but mighty sales team.You’ll be the face of the business—connecting with decision-makers in finance, insurance, government, and other high-value sectors. You’ll be selling expert-led services like threat assessments and technical audits, supported by a top-tier technical team including a CTO and cybersecurity engineers.This is a hybrid role, with a preference for more on-site presence initially as you get up to speed and immerse yourself in the business.What You’ll Be Doing:Prospecting and winning new business across Ireland – think LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, events, and in-person meetings.Generating and converting 28+ sales conversations a week into a steady pipeline of high-quality proposals (target: 60 per year).Closing deals and delivering major revenue growth – with 15% net profit commission on every deal.Partnering with the tech team to deliver value-focused solutions to client problems.Keeping everything tracked and moving forward via HubSpot CRM.What We’re Looking For:A real sales hunter – someone who’s hungry, ambitious, and thrives on hitting targets.A love for the hustle: meeting clients, building relationships, and driving results.No specific background required – but if you’ve sold IT services, software, or cyber security before, that’s a big plus.Strong communication skills, confidence, and resilience.What’s in It for You:OTE €75k- €100K+, with top earners well above that (even without a cyber background).€30- €35K base salary + net profit commission - Uncapped!Pension scheme, with healthcare coming soon.Hybrid working model (Dublin HQ).Company socials, a tight-knit team, and a leadership team that backs you to succeed.Ready to make your mark in one of Ireland’s most exciting growth sectors?Apply today and let’s talk.
