Company DescriptionSmart Parents Network is an media and advertising agency focused on the development of family influencers in Indonesia, including mom influencers, dad influencers, and kids influencers.With a total of 10,000 influencer members within our network, we are confident in our ability to be part of the solution for brands to achieve their various objectives.Responsibilities:• Gather leads and close sales to bring revenue for the company.• Actively seek out new business opportunities through various channels.• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to successfully convert leads into successful deals.• Developing customized strategic plans that align with specific client needs and objectives.• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.• Min 1 years of experience in business development or sales team, preferably in an media or advertising/KOL agency.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills• Attractive personality, honest, and able to work under pressure.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.• Can start immediately.Note :- Hybrid work system with 3 days Work From Office and 2 days Work From Home.- Willing to Work From Office in the BSD area.
