You’ll be joining a team that values entrepreneurial drive, client-oriented service and growth in the staffing industry.staffington.netJob Location: Dubai region (remote / work-from-home)This opportunity is for those currently residing in Dubai.Experience: 1-2 years in staffing / recruitment industryTravel: Willingness to travel to meet clients as and when requiredKey ResponsibilitiesManage the full business development cycle – lead generation, prospecting, client meetings (onsite/offsite), pitching, negotiations, and closures.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Identify business opportunities and drive client acquisition in the UAE/Dubai region.Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.Requirements1–2 years’ experience in business development or client acquisition within the staffing/recruitment industry (preferably UAE region).Proven ability to generate leads and bring in clients independently.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.Willingness to travel across Dubai/UAE for client meetings.Strong understanding of UAE recruitment market and business culture.Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage
