Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for our client, specializing in sustainable construction innovation and brick manufacturing. They are looking to hire one experienced Business Development Executive in Gandaki Province.Workstation: Gandaki Province - Tanahun or PokharaKarnali Province - Surkhet or JajarkotThe role will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and fostering strong client relationships to meet the sales target.Requirements:Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities for Good Bricks System (Technology) and Good Bricks.Actively engage in lead generation through cold calling and networking.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients, including site visits to the factory.Present and promote products effectively to prospective customers.Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up for deal closures.Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.Coordinate with the Factory team to ensure smooth sales operations.Maintain records of sales activities and provide regular progress reports to the concerned authority.Key Skills & CompetenciesIntermediate or a Bachelor Degree from a recognized institution.1-2 years in business development or sales, preferably in the brick/construction industry.Prior experience or a strong client base in the construction sector will be an advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Must own a vehicle and a valid license.Basic knowledge of Gmail, Google Drive, MS Word and Excel.You can directly send your CV to: solutions@thehrvantage.com
